Completion of the Company’s Registered Capital Increase Procedures
Following registration with the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau of Japan’s Ministry of Justice, the procedures for changing the Company’s registered capital have recently been formally completed. The Company’s registered capital has increased from JPY 30 million to JPY 40 million. This capital increase will further strengthen the Company’s financial foundation and support its future business expansion and sustainable, high-quality growth.
