Following registration with the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau of Japan’s Ministry of Justice, the procedures for changing the Company’s registered capital have recently been formally completed. The Company’s registered capital has increased from JPY 30 million to JPY 40 million.
This capital increase represents an important step in the Company’s continued development. It will further strengthen our financial foundation and support the steady advancement of our real estate technology, content and media, and local social services businesses.
Looking ahead, the Company will continue to address the everyday needs of Chinese and other international residents in Japan. We will further improve our businesses and services, enhance operational efficiency and user experience, and pursue stable, long-term growth.
