RedArrow Tech Co., Ltd. (“we”) processes personal information submitted through redarrow.co.jp in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidance. This policy applies to corporate, partnership, website, and related operational inquiries. Recruitment is covered by the Recruitment Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
- Name, email, phone, organization, website, and the inquiry text you choose to provide.
- Partnership type, budget, timing, and preferred language where relevant to a proposal.
- Submission time, source path, locale, workflow status, and a short-lived keyed hash of the network address for abuse prevention; raw network addresses are not stored in workflow records.
- Other information reasonably required by law or to handle your request.
3. Purposes
- Review, answer, and manage inquiries or partnership proposals.
- Verify identity where necessary, route work internally, retain records, and follow up.
- Prevent spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security events.
- Meet legal obligations, respond to binding requests, and establish or exercise rights.
- Improve the site and operational process using aggregated information that does not identify a person.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not disclose personal data to a third party except with consent, where permitted by law, or where necessary to protect life, health, or property. We may engage providers for hosting, storage, backup, communications, and maintenance, and select, contract with, and supervise them as required by applicable law.
5. Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, related follow-up, and legal duties, and periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed. Measures include role-based access, HTTPS transport, private-file isolation, backups, logging, and processor oversight. Some implementation details are withheld where disclosure would reduce security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request notice of purpose, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party disclosure for personal data we hold.
